Our children's programs strive to provide the strongest variety of activities to make no child ever feels bored or not entertained. Puppet shows, treasure hunts, or rehearsing for an evening show of their own; keeping the children busy and having fun helps parents relax and enjoy their holiday as they please. 5. CASTING AND TRAINING
We focus on finding the best employers for your establishment from various countries such as Germany, UK, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Holland, France, Czech Republic, Scandinavian countries etc. There for we are able to provide animators speaking any language you required and your hotel needs to have successful season, we can assure you quality products at reasonable rates from our affiliates.
We organize castings and auditions in different European countries, from where we choose the best skilled Animators to suit your needs and expectation. We recognize that a successful program requires quality resources, which is why we pride ourselves on our extensive network of close business relationships.
Training courses in Greece, Spain and Egypt will be held before the season start every year for one month. At the end the animators become the Palmera seminar certification, after training animators are sent directly to the associated Hotels. We offer the hotels a flexible and professional animation team, we guarantee a full and rich entertainment program.

Palmera Club is contracting animators - therefore all the costs for each animator including: recruiting, interweaving, advertisements, training, all taxes, insurance, salaries, etc. will be covered by our company.
We will replace unsuitable team member within maximum of 7 day on Agency's expenses. I wish to underline that all animators will be working completely and strictly under your Hotel policies and rules.
